Tiffany Wayne
Regional Director

Tiffany Wayne became a proud member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated in March 2018. Since then, she has been an active and dedicated member of the Delta Phi Chapter of Dallas, Texas. Since joining, she has held several significant roles within the organization. Currently, she serves as the Regional Director for the Quad States Region, where she is dedicated to promoting growth, unity, and empowerment within the sisterhood. Tiffany is passionate about serving her organization and community and remains committed to making a positive impact through her leadership and involvement in the sorority.

Originally from Louisiana and now residing in Fort Worth, Texas, Tiffany is a versatile professional with expertise across multiple fields. She is a business owner, licensed esthetician, and professional makeup artist with years of experience in the beauty industry. Throughout the years, Tiffany has refined her skills and intensified her passion for both makeup artistry and skincare education. This journey led her to establish Battle Beauties by Be A Doll, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing wigs for women battling cancer.

She also applies her technical skills as an IT Procurement Lead for military aircraft. Outside of her professional pursuits, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and children and exploring new destinations.

Shannel T. Blanton
Assistant Regional Director

Shannell T. Blanton is a proud charter member of the Epsilon Mu Chapter, Quad States Region, in Houston, Texas, where I currently serves as the Assistant Regional Director/Organizer and chapter Basileus. I began my journey with Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, on December 27, 1997, through the Alpha Omega Chapter in the Northern Region.


Over the years, I have held several leadership roles and contributed my services on various committees at the chapter, regional, and national levels. I am recognized as both a Building Life Member and a Building Platinum Life Member.


Professionally, I am a dedicated Behavioral Interventionist at an Intermediate School. I bring passion, knowledge, and strategic thinking to every role I undertake. With my strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others, I remain committed to advancing The Gamma Way by “Building Together, Growing Together!”

Crystal H. Crenshaw
Regional Secretary

Crystal H. Crenshaw has been a proud member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. since November 2020 and currently serves as President of the Delta Phi Chapter. With a strong background in administration, leadership, and community service, Crystal has dedicated her time to strengthening sisterhood, empowering women, and mentoring youth.

A wife, mother, and community leader, Crystal balances her personal and professional life with a steadfast commitment to servant leadership. She stands ready to serve with integrity, diligence, and passion for the continued success of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc.

Deshanna Fenceroy
Assistant Regional Secretary

Deshanna Fenceroy is a passionate advocate for community awareness and engagement. A proud member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, she joined as a Member-at-Large in November 2021 before transferring to the Delta Phi chapter in Dallas, TX. She now serves as the chapter youth advisor and is an active participant on numerous committees and several other chapter initiatives.

Beyond her professional and service commitments, Deshanna has a deep love for horses, having grown up in a family that breeds and raises them. Horseback riding is one of her favorite pastimes, providing both adventure and relaxation. She also cherishes quality time with family and friends, whether bonding over shared experiences or diving into exciting new adventures.

While she may seem quiet at first, those who know her best appreciate her fun, outgoing nature. Her journey through healthcare has reinforced her belief in the power of community support, awareness, and giving back, values that she carries into every aspect of her life.

Dianna Vaughn
Regional Financial Secretary

Diana Vaughn is a professional educator, retired in 2017 with over 35 years of experience in educational and administrative programs. Her career highlights include developing and managing federal funds and submitting financial reports to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Doctor of Education degree, as well as certifications as a Reading Specialist, Learning Language Disability and for ESL. In addition to her professional career, Diana has held numerous leadership positions within Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., including Basileus, First Anti-Basileus, Second Anti-Basileus, Financial Grammateus, and Tamias for the NU Chapter. She was the past treasurer (Tamias) and currently serve as the Financial Grammateus for the Quad States Region. Her leadership extends to the local community as the current treasurer for the Fisher High Alumni Association, Inc. in Athens, Texas.

Diana is a proud mother of two children and a grandmother to an energetic, lovable granddaughter. She is a lifelong member of the Church of the Living God, P.G.T. in Athens, Texas. Also, a lifetime member in Gamma Phi Delta Sorority. Her prayer for Gamma Phi Delta Sorority is that we come together genuinely as a loving sisterhood.

Sharon Thomas
Regional Tamias

Sharon Thompson has been a member of the Delta Phi Chapter of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. since 2003. During her tenure in Delta Phi Chapter, she has served in many capacities, including Chapter President, Treasurer, and Regional Financial Secretary, to name a few. Sharon joined Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. to serve and make a difference in her community.


Sharon has a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and an
Associate of Arts degree. Professionally, Sharon has worked in the Health Information Management field for over 20 years, where she is responsible for ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patients’ protected health information.


Sharon enjoys cooking and baking, watching movies, sewing, and spending time with family and friends, including 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Her most recent pastime is being the Beyond Beauty Avon Representative. As you can see, Sharon loves to stay busy!!

Krystal V. Rising
Regional Youth Advisor

Krystal Rising serves as the Quad States Region Youth Advisor, a role in which she is deeply honored to contribute. In this capacity, she is dedicated to empowering youth to become capable leaders in today’s world while fostering the continued growth and success of the region through unity, inspiration, and achievement.

As an educator and lifelong learner, Ms. Rising brings a profound commitment to community engagement and development. She strives to cultivate an environment that promotes both personal and collective growth among youth across the various chapters and regions she serves.

Cassondra M. Hardy
Regional Editor

Cassondra M. Hardy is a distinguished member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, having been inducted on April 30, 2022, and proudly serving as a charter member of the Epsilon Mu Chapter in the Quad States Region, based in Houston, Texas, as of September 10, 2022. In her roles within the sorority, Cassondra contributes as the Quad States Regional Editor, the chapter's first vice president, and a part of the national technology team. Her status further exemplifies her commitment as a Building Platinum Life Member.

Professionally, Cassondra brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, currently excelling as a Principal IT Auditor and Risk and Compliance Lead. Her extensive expertise and dedication both in her professional and sorority engagements highlight her commitment to the growth and success of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated.

Andrea Wright
Regional Parliamentarian

Andrea Wright has been an esteemed Life Member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc. for 32 years. Inducted in the Northern Region in 1993, now a MAL in the Quad States. Andrea was elected to several leadership roles in the Alpha Omega Chapter and, in 1999, was the youngest ever elected Regional Director of the Northern Region. Serving 2. In these terms, the region experienced exponential growth and increased financial accountability. Soror Wright has served on various National committees and is a Director with the Gamma Phi Delta Foundation, where she serves as Parliamentarian.


Professionally, Soror Wright brings over 32 years of experience in Municipal government, with a focus on finance and Budgeting. She is currently the Assistant Public & Events Director in the City of Fort Worth, Texas. Having been with the CFW for 13 years, she is a Certified Venue Professional (CVP), the Treasurer of IAVM Region 6, a 4-year term elected Trustee on the Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fund, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Fort Worth Alumnae Chapter. She is a proud mother of two young adults, Mimi to one, and an avid card player.
