It's not just about professional connections; it's about belonging to a sisterhood. We are a group of women of all ethnicities who come together for one common goal. We're not just sorority sisters; we're friends and a network of mentors, cheerleaders, and partners, dedicated to uplifting other women and young people as they pursue their business aspirations. We support and encourage our youth to pursue a brighter future by awarding college scholarships. As a sisterhood, we inspire, nurture, and encourage each other. Being a member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated has been one of the best decisions I could have made professionally and socially. The sisterhood from across our nation has been phenomenal, and the professionalism that each member brings to our organization is beyond measure. I have been a member of Gamma Phi Delta for almost 20 years and have developed friendships with women from all walks of life, across ethnicities, and from all states.
We have seen growth in numbers and our ability to empower each other. The relationships built through shared goals, responsibilities, and community are at the core of the organization and of our members' fundamental beliefs.
I have had the pleasure of witnessing my Sorors uplift each other in myriad ways, which always warms my heart. I am so very thankful that we, as an organization and as sisters, are of one accord and can come together for the betterment of one another.

Having been in Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated for over 25 years, I can honestly say the core principles are beliefs that I try to incorporate in my life. I have grown socially and professionally in the sorority. Although I do not have any biological sisters, I feel I have gained many sisters in the sorority whom I can count on, and whom I can count on.
Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, has been instrumental in helping people throughout several communities in many states and cities, which is something that I value. Being a part of this Sorority has allowed me to give back and be engaged in my community.
I’m proud to be part of this amazing sorority, which has a rich history. One of my most memorable times was when I met and worked on a committee with one of the founders’ daughters and received wisdom from her. I have had several opportunities to engage in learning opportunities with past National Presidents, Living Pearls (past and present), as well as other phenomenal women in the sorority.
I further love the fact that we are an inclusive sorority, which has afforded me a chance to share my leadership skills and talents as well as gain lasting connections.

Before entering Gamma Phi Delta in the Fall of 2021, I did not truly understand the meaning of sisterhood. Since joining Gamma Phi Delta, Incorporated has become my sisterhood and my compass — a community that sharpens my leadership, deepens my commitment to service, and holds me to a higher standard of impact. Through its mentorship, fellowship, and civic focus, it gives me the confidence, network, and purpose to lead at work, serve my community, and raise my boys with example.
As a Senior Manager at Sam’s Club with 21 years in supply chain, I translate the sorority’s emphasis on integrity, accountability, and servant leadership into measurable results — from cross-functional collaboration to mentoring rising professionals. The organization also feeds my volunteer life, making my service more strategic and sustained, and provides a circle of women who support me, both practically and emotionally, as a working mother. Above all, Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated connects my everyday choices to a legacy of civic engagement and excellence I want to pass on to Jaydin and Jagger.
